2024 Arkansas Valley Regional Science Fair

Date: February 8 - 10, 2024 (see schedule below)
This year’s Regional Science Fair will be held in-person on February 09, 2024 and February 10, 2024. To register for AVRSF fair two things must be completed by the student.
STEP 1: On-line registration, will begins on October 1, 2023.
- Please register AS SOON as you know that you intend to compete. Registration and paperwork DO NOT need to be submitted at the same time.
STEP 2: Signed ISEF Paperwork no later than February 2, 2024.

Thursday Night Set-Up - 4:00PM-7:00PM

Friday Morning Set-Up - 8:00AM-8:30AM

Friday Morning SRC/Display Correction - 8:30AM - 10:00AM

Friday Lower Fair (K-5) - 10:30AM-12:30PM

Friday Upper Fair (6-12) - 1:30PM-3:30PM

Friday Fair Family and Community Viewing - 5:00PM-7:00PM

Saturday Awards Ceremony - In-Person and Live-Streamed on Otero's YouTube Channel, 11:00 - Until Finished
ENTRY FEES
EARLY AVIAN SPECIAL: Participation entry fee PER STUDENT will be $20 until January 26th

BETWEEN JANUARY 26th - February 2nd the fee will be $25 PER STUDENT

Please only send a maximum total of 15 projects per school district.

APPROVAL SIGNATURES SPONSORS, PARENTS, STUDENT SCIENTIST(S), AND PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR(S) MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO THE DATE OF DATA COLLECTION AND/OR EXPERIMENTATION.

If you plan to use animals or human subjects, any other microbiological experiments or hazardous chemicals, please contact Otero representative prior to doing any work.
